A Venezuelan native of Chinese descent, Elena moved to Boston in 1999 in pursuit of the American Dream. Despite the challenges faced as a new immigrant, Elena graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing in 2006. She then got her real estate license in 2007. She started investing in real estate and soon enough, she pursued a career in real estate which would provide her the platform to help others achieve their dreams and goals; consequently homeownership, financial freedom, and generational wealth. 

Education has always been important to Elena. She continuously takes designation and certification courses to further improve her skills, proficiency and knowledge in the field. She is certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Investing (REI) and International Property Consultant (CIPC). In addition, she is trilingual; fluent in Spanish, English and conversational in Cantonese.

She is actively involved with the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) locally, nationally and globally serving as the Chapter President in 2019-2020, Chapter Development Committee Chair in 2021, and currently serving as Executive Board Secretary and Global Summit “The Passport” Co-Chair at AREAA Global; the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® (GBAR) serving as member of the Global Council and Strategic Planning Committee in 2022, and currently serving as Board of Directors and Chair of the Global Council; ACE NextGen; and the Women Executive Leadership and Living (WELL) organization serving as Inner Circle member.
